Will there be a contact person to help me on the day of my rental?
Absolutely! We prioritize excellent customer service, and on the day of your rental, there will be a designated site manager available to assist you. They will ensure that everything runs smoothly and address any questions or concerns that may arise, providing you with peace of mind throughout the rental period.
How is the art handled in the property?
In many cases, the art in our properties is already approved by the artist, while in others, certain artworks need to be temporarily relocated during filming due to clearance or liability concerns. To ensure the safety of the art, we recommend moving it to a secure location within the premises, such as a bedroom, instead of removing it completely. Please note that any artwork requiring relocation must be handled by an authorized vendor.
Are the property owners occupied?
While some of our properties are owner-occupied, the majority of our residential properties are not occupied full-time. This arrangement ensures easier access and greater availability for bookings. In certain cases, owners may need to temporarily relocate during the rental period. Rest assured, our esteemed property owners are fully prepared and enthusiastic about accommodating their next film shoot.
